Drop Hoses

Drop Hoses are available in three styles: Braided Stainless Steel, Wire-Wound Composite, and Reinforced Extruded Rubber. Drop Hoses are typically 4″ diameter and have carbon steel 4″ TTMA flanges welded both ends. Be aware that Composite hoses will be supplied 3% shorter than the loaded length to account for stretch. So if the required length in service is 100″, and is ordered as such, the dry hose will arrive 97″ long, and stretches to 100″ under load. Every hose assembly supplied by Decker is pressure tested following assembly to verify its integrity before shipping. Variations are available for other service, e.g. vapor hoses, and flexible stainless steel flange joints.

Bottom Loading Hose Covers

Hose covers are available in single or multi–color to suit 4” drop hose. Lettering is in-cluded in the price. Covers up to 9’ come standard with plastic zipper fasteners or grommet fasteners. Velcro and metal zipper fasteners are also available as add-on’s. Decker recommends grommet closure for longest life. Covers 10’ and over only come with grommet fasteners.
