Rotan Pumps PD (Petrochemical Duty) rugged, carbon steel, internal gear pump series are specifically designed for pumping requirements where shock resistance, extra strength, durability, and extended operation life are a requirement. They possess excellent vacuum capability and can operate equally well in either direction.

Furthermore, the “true” back pullout design, when used in connection with spacer coupling, allows easy disassembly/inspection of the unit without removing the casing from the process line.

The three smaller size pumps are capable of pumping up to 5 to 30 GPM, and can be directly coupled to 1200 or 1800 RPM motors. The larger 2”, 2.5” and 3” ported pumps are available in capacities up to 40 GPM to 130 GPM and can be directly coupled to 1200 RPM motors. For your higher capacity petrochemical processing applications, the 4”, 5”, 6” and 8” ported pumps are suited to pump up to 750 GPM.
