Double Block and Bleed Advantage

The single unit Double Block and Bleed Valve (DBB) design has operational advantages, there are significantly fewer potential leak paths within the double block and bleed section of the pipeline. Because the valves are full bore with an uninterrupted flow orifice they have a negligible pressure drop across the unit. The pipelines where these valves are installed can also be pigged without any problems.

Ball Valves

• Offers two independent seals on each side of the ball
• Designed to replace thru-conduit gate valves in mainline service
• Repairs itself automatically if the Primary seal becomes damaged
• Primary seal acts as a wiper ring to clean off the ball and protect the Secondary seal
• Offers ultra low pressure sealing in a quarter-turn valve with Delta Secondary seal
• Has an optional third seal for additional protection
• Designed to not trap pressure in the body
• Double block and bleed
• ISO Fugitive Emissions Certified
• Fire-Safe per ISO, API 6FA, 607
• Size range: 2”-36”, 15-2500 class
• Bi-directional sealing
